Quarrying involves the use of heavy machinery such as excavators and bulldozers to extract granite blocks from the earth. These blocks are typically large and irregular in shape.

In this process, the granite blocks are cut into smaller, more manageable pieces using specialized cutting equipment. The blocks are then further processed into slabs of specific thicknesses using gang saws or block cutters.

After extraction, the granite blocks are transported from the quarry to the processing facility. This process involve loading the blocks onto trucks or other transport vehicles for shipment.

Flaming involves exposing the surface of the stone to high temperatures to achieve a textured, roughened finish, and brushing creates a slightly textured, antique-like surface.

Throughout the processing and finishing stages, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the granite meets the required standards for appearance, strength, and durability.

Once the granite slabs have been processed and finished to specification, they are carefully packaged to protect them during transportation and storage.
